We only collect the data that you openly consent to providing us. Our forms are the details requested by the third party for the service you are requesting/referring yourself for. This will usually include your name, email and contact number and depending on the form will also include medical speciality, GMC number, full time/less then full time status, and if completing the bonus bank details request, this also includes bank sort code, account number.

Why We Need it?
We only ask for data required for the service you are requesting. This is tailored by the service of the third party that you are requesting/referring/signing up to. We only request the necessary data for this function.

If we ask you to complete a bonus bank details request form, this is only if we need to make payment to you.
 

What we do with your data?

We send your request directly onto the third party you are referring yourself to, we do not provide these data to any other parties you have not given your consent for.
We will only use your bank details to make payment to your account, after this payment is made we delete your details from our system.

How we protect your data and keep it secure

We are committed to doing all that we can to keep your data secure. We have set up systems and processes to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure of your data – for example, we protect your data using varying levels of encryption.

We also make sure that any third parties that we deal with keep all personal data they process secure as well.
